Terms of Service

FalconGrow is a social media growth services platform (SMM Panel). It allows users to purchase services such as followers, likes, views, streams and others on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify and more.

Delivery times and results may vary depending on the type of service and the conditions of each social media platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use FalconGrow.
• You must provide truthful and up-to-date information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• Each person may have only one active account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
• FalconGrow reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts without prior notice in case of fraudulent activity or breach of these terms.

When you place an order, the corresponding amount is deducted from your available balance on the platform. Orders are processed automatically and usually start within minutes, although timing may vary depending on the type of service and demand.

• Orders that cannot be cancelled are those already being delivered.
• If an order cannot be completed, the unused balance is automatically returned to your account.
• Results (followers, likes, etc.) may fluctuate naturally over time. FalconGrow does not guarantee permanent results.
• We are not responsible for the suspension, restriction or deletion of accounts on third-party platforms as a result of using our services.

• Deposits are processed through PayPal, cryptocurrencies (NOWPayments), credit or debit cards (Mercado Pago) or bank transfer in Chile (Flow). Amounts are credited to your balance in USD.
• Deposits are not refundable in cash, except when FalconGrow cannot provide the service purchased. In those cases, the amount is returned to your platform balance.
• FalconGrow reserves the right to change service prices without prior notice.
• Your account balance does not earn interest and does not expire while the account is active.
• In case of fraud or a chargeback, the account involved will be suspended and its balance may be withheld.

It is strictly prohibited to use FalconGrow to:

• Purchase services for accounts you do not own or for which you do not have the holder's express authorization.
• Promote illegal, violent, pornographic or hateful content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
• Carry out phishing, spam, fraud or any other unlawful activity.
• Attempt to compromise the security or technical integrity of the platform.
• Resell FalconGrow's services in a way that deceives or harms third parties.
• Use the platform in a way that violates the Terms of Service of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Breaching these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension of your account and, if necessary, legal action.

Using SMM services may conflict with the terms of service of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, etc.). FalconGrow is not responsible for sanctions, restrictions or account deletions applied by those platforms.

By using our services, you accept this risk and release FalconGrow from any claim arising from actions taken by third-party platforms.

All FalconGrow content (design, code, texts, logos) belongs to its owners and is protected by the applicable intellectual property laws. Reproducing, distributing or modifying it without prior express authorization is prohibited.

FalconGrow provides its services “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall FalconGrow be liable for:

• Loss of followers, engagement or any other social media metric after delivery.
• Service interruptions due to causes beyond our control (technical failures, outages of external platforms, force majeure).
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Loss of business, expected profits or opportunities.

FalconGrow's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the last 30 days.

FalconGrow may suspend or close your account at any time if it detects a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or any use that puts the platform or other users at risk.

You can request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to contacto@falcongrow.com. The remaining balance is not refundable unless FalconGrow closes the account for reasons not attributable to the user.

FalconGrow may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date of the update. Continuing to use the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of Chile.
