How to pay from outside Chile
FalconGrow is Chilean, but you do not need to be in Chile or hold a Chilean bank account to buy. From the United States, Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, Colombia or Central America you can pay by card, with PayPal or with cryptocurrencies.
The price is the same whichever method you choose: we do not add a surcharge for paying by card.

Credit or debit card (Mercado Pago)
Accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express (credit, debit and prepaid), plus balance from a Mercado Pago account. Because the charge is made in Chilean pesos, if your card is from another country your bank does the conversion and may add its international transaction fee: that charge comes from your bank, not from FalconGrow.
PayPal
Works with your PayPal balance or the card linked to it. It is the most direct option if you already use PayPal and would rather avoid a third-party conversion.
Cryptocurrencies
Useful if you do not have a card enabled for international purchases. Note: each network has its own minimum, between $5 and $20 USD, and the system warns you beforehand if the amount falls short.
Flow (WebPay, Khipu, MACH)
Pay by transfer or Chilean card. It shows up in the wallet when you pick Chile as your country; outside Chile it is of no use, because WebPay and Khipu require a local bank account.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy from the United States, Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina or Colombia?
Yes. From any country you can pay with a credit or debit card through Mercado Pago, with PayPal or with cryptocurrencies. Flow is the only restricted method, because it requires a Chilean bank account.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Catalogue prices are in US dollars. If you pay with Mercado Pago or Flow, the charge is made in Chilean pesos at the day's exchange rate, and the exact amount in pesos is shown before you leave to pay. With PayPal you are charged in dollars.
Will I be charged a fee for paying from another country?
FalconGrow adds no surcharge for the payment method: paying by card costs the same as paying with Flow. What can appear is your own bank's international purchase fee, which depends on your issuer and does not go through us.
What is the minimum top-up?
Five dollars, or its equivalent in pesos if you pay with Mercado Pago or Flow. With cryptocurrencies the minimum depends on the network chosen and ranges from 5 to 20 dollars.
How long does the balance take to appear?
With a card through Mercado Pago the balance usually appears in under a minute from the moment the payment is approved, because it is confirmed by the provider itself and not by a browser notice. With PayPal it is a matter of minutes, and with cryptocurrencies it depends on network confirmations.
What happens if the payment fails or I cancel halfway?
Nothing is deducted and no balance is credited: balance only moves when the provider confirms the payment and the system verifies the amount, the currency and the receiving account. If anything does not match, the payment is not credited and is logged for review.
Do I need a Mercado Pago account to pay by card?
No. You can pay as a guest by entering your card details in the Mercado Pago checkout. Having an account only helps if you prefer to use your balance or your saved cards.
Does FalconGrow see my card details?
No. The card payment happens inside the Mercado Pago checkout; FalconGrow only receives the payment confirmation and the transaction identifier.
